1 General Terms & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Deposits

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

8 Account Suspension & Closure

gbd444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms have been violated, that account activity presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform, or that continued operation of the account is inconsistent with our responsible gaming commitments.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your gbd444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. 8.2 Closure for Breach

Following this notice period, a monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover account maintenance costs.
